BOT-2 (Bruininks–Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency – Second Edition)

A standardized assessment tool for motor skills in children and adolescents. It evaluates gross and fine motor skills, balance, coordination, and strength, providing valuable insights into motor planning and performance.

SPM (Sensory Processing Measure)

Assesses a child’s sensory processing, social participation, and executive functioning. It is used both at home and in school settings to provide a comprehensive picture of the child’s overall functioning.

Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development – Fourth Edition (Bayley-4)

Assessment of Developmental Skills in Infants and Young Children
Examines the cognitive, language, motor, social-emotional domains, as well as adaptive behavior skills.

COPM (Canadian Occupational Performance Measure)

An interview-based tool that focuses on the priorities of the individual and their family. It highlights areas of difficulty in daily life and guides the goal-setting process for therapeutic intervention.

DTVP-3 (Developmental Test of Visual Perception – Third Edition)

An assessment tool for visual perception and visual-motor integration. It is used to understand difficulties that affect learning, writing, and daily activities.

Sensory Profile 2

A questionnaire that records how a child responds to sensory stimuli. It provides a detailed sensory profile, useful for designing individualized interventions.

Miller Function & Participation Scales (M-FUN)

An assessment tool that examines fine, gross, and visual-motor skills, as well as the child’s participation in everyday activities. It is mainly used for preschool and school-aged children.

SOSI-M (Sensory Over-Responsivity Scales – Inventory, Manual)

A tool that identifies hypersensitivities to sensory stimuli. It supports differential diagnosis and guides the design of interventions for children with sensory regulation difficulties.

Sotia Michail​

Occupational Therapist, Scientific Director, and Founder of Enarxis

Sotia Michael is a graduate of the Department of Occupational Therapy, School of Health and Welfare Professions, at the Higher Technological Educational Institute of Athens, and since December 2014 she has held a degree in Occupational Therapy. She is a registered member of the Cyprus Association of Occupational Therapists and holds a professional practice license (Registry Number: 122). She has also served as a member of the Cyprus Occupational Therapists Registration Council.

She is the founder and owner of Enarxis – Center for Special Therapies in Limassol, which has been operating since 2016. Her work focuses on the pediatric population, specifically with children who present neurodevelopmental disorders and syndromes. During her studies and afterwards, she has attended numerous seminars and conferences on topics related to Occupational Therapy and holds certifications in various assessment tools and therapeutic interventions.

In 2019, she participated as a speaker at the 7th Panhellenic Autism Conference in Athens, presenting on the topic: “114 – The Case of Pathological Demand Avoidance in Everyday Life.”

In recent years, she has been delivering seminars to parents, educators, and specialist professionals, mainly on the subject of Autism, in collaboration with the non-profit organization APIS – Autism Praxis Infinity Solutions.

Elena Patsiaourou

Speech and Language Therapist

Elena Patsiourou is a Speech and Language Therapist based in Limassol and a graduate of the Department of Speech and Language Therapy, School of Health Sciences, University of Ioannina (June 2018). Since then, she has been a registered member of the Cyprus Association of Registered Speech-Language Pathologists (SYELK) and has worked in various therapeutic settings, including home-based therapy, private centers, private schools with parallel support, and community programs.

Professionally, she is active in the field of Speech and Language Therapy, providing assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention services to pediatric populations experiencing difficulties in speech, language, and communication. Since January 2025, she has been contracted with the General Healthcare System (GeSY) and offers speech therapy services within the system.

With a steady commitment to lifelong learning, she systematically attends professional training seminars and conferences in Cyprus and Greece, covering a wide range of topics such as Early Intervention, Interoception and Regulation, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), Voice Therapy, School Readiness, Expressive Language, Learning Difficulties, Dyspraxia, Dysarthria, and Specific Language Impairments.

She is certified in administering the “Aphrodite” School Readiness Test, trained in the detection of learning difficulties, and has completed the basic seminar of the MAKATON language program, a valuable tool for supporting children with autism and other language difficulties.

Efrosyni Panayiotou

Occupational Therapist

Eufrosyni Panayiotou is a graduate of the European University of Cyprus, where she completed her studies in June 2025. As part of her continuing education, she has attended a series of seminars and conferences, including the 8th Greece Conference: PSE Congress 8, Accessible EU Cyprus – Accessible & Inclusive Products and Services: Policy, Experiences & Practical Implications (April 2025 & October 2023), as well as the Stroke Conference at the Cyprus University of Technology (October 2024).

Neophyta Michail

Speech and Language Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist

Neofyta Michael is a Speech and Language Therapist – Speech-Language Pathologist. She studied Speech Therapy at the Cyprus University of Technology (2013–2017) and then completed her postgraduate studies in Speech-Language Pathology at the European University Cyprus (2017–2019). Each year, she continues to expand her knowledge and skills through specializations in modern methods and participation in numerous seminars. Since 2017, she has been working at Enarxis – Center for Special Therapies, consistently and professionally providing speech therapy services to children.

Andrea Michail

Occupational Therapist

Andrea Michael is a qualified Occupational Therapist, a graduate of the European University Cyprus (2020–2024), and a registered member of the Cyprus Association of Occupational Therapists. She continuously enriches her knowledge through ongoing education and seminars, with a particular focus on modern methods of Pediatric Occupational Therapy. Since 2024, she has been working at Enarxis – Center for Special Therapies, where she provides specialized Occupational Therapy services to children. She is distinguished for her professionalism, empathy, and continuous pursuit of growth in her field.

Pitsa Michail

Administrative Support

Pitsa Michael has been working at Enarxis – Center for Special Therapies since 2022, providing Administrative Support and Management services. She coordinates the center’s daily operations and supports the smooth running of therapeutic processes. She specializes in managing the center’s communication, ensuring excellent client service and the effective organization of therapy programs.
